Shipping & Returns
All sales are final if an exchange is approved it’s for store credit only valid for six months from issue date.
Send an email to email@example.com and indicate in the subject line Exchange & reference your order #
(EXAMPLE: EXCHANGE ORDER # CC18076). We will reply with an RA# that will need to be indicated on your package.
Upon receipt of your return in our warehouse, please allow 72 hours to receive your store credit via email. Your credit can be used towards any other item of lesser or equal value. Note that original shipping costs will not be included.
Item(s) purchased from WWW.WESTBANKHOODIE.COM MUST BE RETURNED AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE
• Within 10 Days of when the order was receied
• Unused / unwashed product
• Packaging intact
What items are not returnable?
• Items that have been washed
• Visibly been worn (stains, heavily wrinkled, fragranced)
When shipping your item(s) back to our warehouse, please include:
A copy of your original invoice and a written explanation of the item(s) you are returning.
All EXCHANGES are dependent on the condition of the product upon inspection.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees when a return for exchange/store credit is requested.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns are to be shipped via traceable mail in a secure package to the following address (We are not liable for packages lost in transit; please have a tracking number for your reference and proof)
